Wood County Parks Reuthinger Preserve Addition

EXPANSION: ADDING OFFICES AND EQUIPMENT STORAGE TO AN EXISTING BUILDING

This project for the Wood County Park District in Perrysburg, Ohio, involves the construction of a new 60’×24′ lean-to addition on the south side of an existing building. The addition will provide three new office spaces and additional equipment storage. Constructed with a wood frame and finished with metal siding and roofing to seamlessly match the existing structure. KCS Contracting was the general contractor for this project.
