Design Build

Working with you in a design/build capacity allows us to guide you to architects, provide accurate budget estimates, have full responsibility over work and project details, and complete projects in a streamlined, efficient manner.
Construction Management
With extensive industry experience and expertise, we can expertly manage your construction project in the role of CM, overseeing all facets from start to finish. In this role, we typically work with the building owner or project leader early in the design process. This allows us to advise on areas such as procurement and scheduling, as well being on the jobsite, overseeing the work to completion.
Subcontracting
We can help you get the job done as a subcontractor by providing only the specific work you need help with from our range of capabilities. Throughout the region, KCS Contracting is a first call for drywall and painting thanks to our team’s ability to work quickly to deliver the best.
