At KCS Contracting, safety is always a top priority. We are a trusted, safety conscious merit shop that is committed to upholding the highest standards for our workforce. To support this effort, we maintain a rigorous safety program for our employees, working with Cardinal Compliance as our third-party consultant.
KCS team members participate in regular safety training to retain certifications and keep current with industry progress.
For example, training is renewed annually on topics ranging from tow lift operation to pathogens and CPR. Training may also include toolbox topics and reminders of safety and company expectations.
Additionally, on certain projects team members may also participate in daily safety training related to the project and tasks on hand for the day.
