NORTHWEST OHIO STATE PARK RESTROOM REFRESH: MULTIPLE LOCATIONS
These multi-site projects for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources will enhance visitor comfort at Maumee Bay State Park, East Harbor State Park, Kelley’s Island and South Bass Island. The scope of work includes the construction of five new restroom buildings, a comprehensive renovation of two existing restroom facilities, and the demolition of two outdated structures. Key elements of the construction and renovation encompass new concrete slabs and foundations, durable CMU walls, insulation, prefabricated roof trusses topped with new metal roofs, easy-to-maintain resinous flooring, updated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, new gravity sewer and waterline connections, site grading and paving. KCS Contracting was the general contractor on these projects.
