The project at Terra State Community College in Fremont, Ohio, involved significant interior and exterior improvements. Interior renovations included the construction of three new storage areas to the gymnasium facility. The interior was also updated with a newly designated weight equipment area and a renovated Athletic Trainer room. The gymnasium floor received a new epoxy coating, and the interior was repainted, with careful measures taken to protect the existing wooden basketball court. The exterior enhancements included the construction of a new 45-foot covered walkway alongside the building. KCS Contracting completed the painting of the exposed structural elements and installed decorative metal panels on the newly built canopy. KCS was the general contractor for this project.
