Owens Community College TT Renovation

A STRIKING WELCOME: NEW ENTRY, RENEWED ROOF

This project at Owens Community College in Perrysburg, Ohio, involves a complete transformation of a main entry at the Transportation Technologies building. The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing structure and the construction of a striking new entrance featuring decorative metal wall panels supported by cold-formed metal framing and structural steel. The replacement of an EPDM roof will provide lasting protection. Additional work includes rough carpentry, sheathing, EIFS and necessary concrete and asphalt repairs to ensure a seamless and enhanced arrival experience. KCS Contracting was the general contractor for this project.
