Sub Contractor Project For Ruscilli Construction
To support a renovation of the Delta Gamma Executive Offices in the Columbus metropolitan area, KCS Contracting was subcontracted by Ruscilli Construction to provide a range of interior contracting services, including metal studs, ACT, sound insulation, and drywall. The drywall work encompassed curved walls, a recessed ceiling, and a Level 5 finish. KCS’s work is part of a total renovation of an existing three-story, 20,583 square foot office building in Upper Arlington, Ohio, led by Ruscilli Construction. As general contractor, Ruscilli completed the renovation project and Delta Gamma celebrated the grand reopening of its renovated executive offices in June 2025.
