100 North High Mixed-Use Project
SUPPORTING DEVELOPMENT IN OHIO’S CAPITAL
The KCS team will provide drywall and metal stud framing as a subcontractor for Ruscilli Construction Company on the 100 North High Street building project in downtown Columbus, Ohio. The new development will be a 15-story mixed-use structure offering 162,000 square feet of residential space containing 152 units and 6,000 square feet of commercial space. The site will also include a 155,000 square feet multi-level parking garage.
