This project for the Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities in Bryan, Ohio, involves two key components: the construction of a new building connector addition and the comprehensive renovation of an existing building recently acquired by the owner. The new connector will create seamless access and improved flow between existing structures, while the office renovation will modernize the workspace, enhancing functionality and aesthetics for staff. To minimize disruption, the project was completed in phases, allowing continuous customer access. KCS Contracting was the general contractor for this project.
