For a renovation of the The Wave boutique hotel, KCS Contracting is providing a range of interior contracting services, including rough carpentry (framing), drywall, and acoustical tile, for RFC Contracting, Inc. KCS’s work is part of a total renovation of an existing three-story, 69-unit hotel in Marblehead, Ohio. The renovation project of the hotel on the shores of Lake Erie includes the addition of hotel suites, a restaurant, and pool and exercise area. The renovated luxury hotel is scheduled to open in spring 2024.
