In the building of Four Corners, a new student housing development near the University of Cincinnati, KCS Contracting is working as an interior contractor for Ruscilli Construction Company. The KCS team is providing a range of finishing services, including the hanging, taping, and finishing of drywall, plus interior and exterior painting. Scheduled for completion in 2024 by developer Hallmark Campus Communities, the Four Corners will be a three-building, four-story complex offering an upscale living experience with excellent proximity to the university campus.
